Do those apps help?
#1
I see all kinds of apps that are made to help women figure out when they are most fertile so they can maximize their chances of fertilization. While I am not trying again just yet, I would like to get an understanding of my body and my schedule. Are they worth using?

I think they can if you make use of the right one for you. I have never personally used one.

What I like to do is track everything down in a monthly planner. I find it easier and I am more inclined to remember since I keep my planner close by me at all times. Ironically enough, not my phone.

I have tried using a few of them and always forget to put in the information and then I feel like I might be putting in the wrong stuff, so I start over! A friend of mine just keeps a physical journal and tracks her cycles, body temperature, cravings, etc. and she has been doing this for a good 4 years now. She and her boyfriend never use condoms and she has yet to get pregnant.

I only ever used one. I can't remember the name of it but I couldn't keep up with everything and would always miss some days. I find it easier to just mark things down on my calendar. I have one in the home office and one in the kitchen so I use the office one.
