Can tracking MCA help with hormonal symptoms?
#1
I read that MCA is a great way to adjust your flow, ease pain, get rid of hormonal headaches, and fix issues with PMS.

I am just not sure how to go about tracking such a thing. I guess we are meant to focus more on how we are feeling and adjust our thought process to flow with the body rather than against it? Am I understand that correctly?

I am very new to MCA so I am not entirely sure what it is but now I am interested! I am going to go read up on it and if I find anything worth sharing, I will report back!

Yes, it can help but I think it is more important to improve your diet to help with these sorts of symptoms. A lot of women these days, especially younger ones, do not eat ideal diets but rather diets that mess with their hormones.
