Can fibroids be dissolved?
If someone has fibroids, I read that for most they tend to go away on their own after a few months but for some women, they constantly come back and can cause issues with flow, cramping, and even back pain. If you know you have one (or more) is there a way to naturally help dissolve them?
For larger ones, they tend to have to be removed via surgery but I think most smaller ones go away on their own. I think you could probably speed up this process with a healthier diet but it is debated on what works and really depends on the individual woman. Some women swear by castor oil packs but I don't know enough about them to actually recommend them.
Certain foods that enhance the body's ability to repair and restore function can help. I think it is worth working with a dietitian who specializes in healing foods for women.

Some do say that exercise helps get rid of them but this is still debated.
They almost always do just go away on their own. Most women have them from one time or another and don't know it. The ones that need to be watched or removed are the larger ones that start hindering the body in some way, shape, or form. They have been shown to get the size of coconuts but this is VERY rare.
