Which sex positions help?

I was told that certain positions could help increase the odds of a baby. Some say it doesn't matter, others swear by it.

I am curious which positions are considered best for baby-making even if it is not a foolproof thing. Did anyone here have any success with a particular position?

Missionary and doggy style. Those are both the best ways to fully open the cervix. If you are comfortable enough, with the man on top, put your knees over his shoulders to open it even more.
