I have never used one but I like the idea that they can be put in in advance so there are no interruptions with your partner. Needing to stop and put a condom on can be messy and inconvenient and in some cases, could kill the mood. So I have been considering trying this kind of protection but I am concerned about health risks involved in using them since they require spermicide to be used.

If you use just the cap (diaphragm) you will not have any kind of side effects unless you are directly allergic to the material it is made out of. Most issues come from spermicides which women have to be cautious about when it comes to ingredients.

As long as it is clean and you don't have allergies, you should not have any side effects. It is actually recommended that women who are more sensitive use them over condoms because condoms tend to have a lot of chemicals in the lubricant.

Actually I read it yesterday but I had some thoughts about it and today I wanted to read it again because it is very well written. AnyDesk Review
