Are there waterproof pantie liner options?
#1
I love swimming but when my period is past the first 3 days, I bleed so lightly that I don't need to use tampons anymore. The issue is, I am still bleeding and I don't feel comfortable going in public swimming pools knowing this. I am trying to see if they make swim-proof or "waterproof" pantie liners. I haven't been able to find much information on them. Anyone hear of such a thing?

Yeah, there are. I actually use them for swimming. The ones I have are made of bamboo and are reusable. They kind of function like reusable diapers in a way. I'll link you to the ones I use on Amazon if you want to take a look at them!

There are a lot of options these days for them and best of all, they are reusable. I have used them before as standard liners before I made the switch to a menstrual cup.
