Seem to be always tired no matter what

I noticed lately, I just can't seem to get enough sleep. I tried drinking more coffee, taking naps, and even getting an extra hour of sleep each night but I still find I am dragging my feet through the day. Is this common with early menopause?

I have periods of this myself. Coffee seems to make things worse. I tried multiple things but the only thing that managed to help me was doing Epsom salt foot soaks. The reason I found out about this helping my sleep was that I was having foot pain and doing it every night, in a few days my sleep and energy improved. Come to find out, I was deficient in magnesium!

From what I know, any kind of hormonal disturbance be it the change or not can impact sleep. I know some vitamin and mineral deficiencies can cause this as well. It isn't nessesarily down to menopause. I do know that drinking coffee or caffeinated beverages can make things worse!
